OLCC to Limit Marijuana Producer Licenses

SB 218 authorizes the OLCC to limit marijuana producer licenses and changing the way the OLCC may process producer license applications going forward. Under SB 218, the OLCC may only process applications for producer licenses if the application was received prior to June 15, 2018.
